B: granola and greek yogurt, medium bowlL: Trader Joe's Salad
S: 1 banana, 1 baby apple
D: sandwich with 9 grain bread, lettuce, tomato, ham, mustard
+ some oatmeal and 1/2 jalapeno-cheese bread bun
Dess: 2 tangerines
*At night, we went to an apartment party, and unfortunately I ate more junk food than I should have :( - some 5 layer dip and chips, 2 toffee crisps, 1 Andes chocolate piece, 1 thin mint
