L: brown rice, broccoli & beef, salad w/ poppyseed dressing + sunflower seeds + dried cranberries
S: 1 apple
1 See's lollipop
1 handful dried cranberries
D: small bites of everything: brown rice, broccoli & beef, salad w/ poppyseed dressing + sunflower seeds + dried cranberries, 1 scrambled egg, 2 pc chicken wing
Dess: 1 chocholate

Exercise: 1.5 mile jog
