greek salad, 4 pcs pita bread, 2 servings rice, gyros, chicken skewer, tzatziki sauce
(ate a lot at dinner...probably need to tone it down!)
Dess: 1 fruit smoothie (thanks Chef Margaret!), 1 chocolate (thanks Mr. Taz!)
Exercise: 3.5 mile jog (some walking) to La Jolla Farms beach. Beautiful!
