B: granola, greek yogurt
Peppermint tea
L: 2.5 slices vegetable pizza, 1/2 vegetable tortilla wrap
S: 1 apple, handful of nuts
D:  beef noodle soup (Thanks Chef Margaret!)
Dess: smoothie with berries, banana, yogurt, and carrots

Exercise: 30 min ellipticals, crunches
