B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, walnuts
S: small black coffee w/ 1 shot hazelnut syrup
L: spring greens w/ 1/2 avocado, 1/2 purple sweet potato (yum!), lemon juice
S: 1 apple
1 banana
D: san bei chicken, asparagus, chinese cold dishes (probably had a bit too much chicken)
Dess: strawberries, walnuts, 2 cashew chews squares from Mark (50 cal)

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class
