B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S: 1 banana
ginseng tea
L: asparagus, chinese cold dish, san bei chicken
S: 1 apple
D: eggplant, zucchini, stirfried onion, 2 slices cheese w/ 2 crackers, 5 small cheesy swedish meatballs (Dinner provided by school for Second Look night)

Exercise: 30 min Zumba
