1 tea egg, 3 strawberries
L: 1 chipotle burrito (chicken, beans, rice, tortilla) 800 cal- provided for lunch tour guides
S: 1 apple
D: asparagus, 2 chicken drumsticks (from freezer pack), 1 cucumber
tortilla chips :( shame!
Exercise: 90 min Yoga class
I know today was a bad day for food. There was no excuse. Hopefully I can work harder tomorrow.
