B: oatmeal, brown sugar, strawberries
S: baby carrots
3 pcs of cereal, nuts
1 small black coffee w/ 1 shot hazelnut syrup
L: spring greens, 1/2 purple yam, mandarin oranges (from can), walnuts
S: 1 apple
some jelly beans
D: 4 sm. chicken drumsticks, broccoli/bean sprout/pepper stirfry
Dess: strawberries, walnuts, cashew chew (3 pcs = 75 cal)

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class + extra 2 mi walking
