B: oatmeal, strawberries, brown sugar
ginseng tea
L: spring greens, sweet potato, walnuts, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 banana
1 mango, walnuts
D: 1 tomato, 4 baby bell peppers, spring greens, with chicken and some black beans (taken out of a chipotle burrito)
Dess: tortilla chips + 1 small cookie...second mistake of the week. Tried to resist free food by saving the burrito for dinner, then only non-carb parts and supplementing in some veggies, but shouldn't have eaten these.
No excuses.
Working on the willpower issue. Will strive for better tomorrow.
