B: oatmeal, strawberries, brown sugar
S: 1 apple
L: spring greens, 1 avocado, 1/2 purple yam
S: 1 banana
green tea
some snap pea crisps
D: bulgogi chicken, broccoli/bean sprout/bell pepper, cucumber and peanuts

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class
