S: 1 handful almonds
ginseng tea
L: salad w/ 1/2 avocado and lemon
4 chicken wings
S: chocolate
D: broccoli w/ bean sprouts, salted cucumber, paigu, chicken, peanut/mushroom/lotus root
Dess: 1 strawberry, 5 dark-chocolate covered mini pretzel crisps

Exercise: 2 mile run + 2.5 mile walk from La Jolla Farms, through beach, up glider port
