B: oatmeal, blackberries, brown sugar
L: spring greens, 1/3 purple yam, 1/2 avocado, walnut, lemon
S: 1 pickle, 1/3 apple, strawberries
D: potluck! A long list of items - japchae, chicken cutlet, stirfried peppers, mapo tofu, chicken curry. All delicious homecooked food, but quite strong flavors. Tried to limit the volume, avoid too much carbs - 1.5 large plate
Dess: 1 slice mango mousse, 1 piece vegan chocolate cake (could have limited this more. need to work on willpower again.)
