L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet potato (my boiling of potatoes turned out ok!)
S: 1 banana, 1 pc baklava
ginseng tea
D: 1/2 lemon chicken quarter, stirfied carrot/bean sprouts/cabbage
Dess: 1 dark chocolate truffle
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class + 2 mile jog (to gym, and then from gym back to Miramar)
