L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet potato. 1 pc of crispy flatbread, 3 finger-sized chicken strips from Mark
S: 1 banana
1 baby black coffee (it was an extra small cup! so cute), 1/2 shot hazelnut
D: 1 chicken drumstick, mushrooms/asparagus, cabbage/bean sprout/carrot/water chestnut stirfry (Margaret and I cooked for Robert's birthday. Tasted great, though I ate a larger portion of vegetables than normal. Also finished off with 3 slices of apple, 2 strawberries).
Exercise: 45 min Zumba (video)
Ate more today than normal :/.
