Exercise: 4.6 mi run! Record distance for me. From Miramar to Rimac on a roundabout route...challenging, but looking fwd to trying that again soon.

All vegan, organic lunch talk food: 1 tupperware's worth of various cold veggie dishes: broccoli, kale, apple, almonds, red beets (these were delicious), a little bit of wild long grain rice, yam, tofu curry, beancurd

So quantity-wise I think I went overboard at lunch...hence no snack and reduced dinner. Tasted wonderful though - will have to visit the restaurant sometime http://www.jimbos.com/

D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftover broccoli/pepper/carrot stirfry (about 1/2 the normal amount)

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class! highlight of the week

some Green Indian curry (with curdled cheese. I only found out later that this is really bad. bad bad bad) and 1/4 pc of flatbread (think of 1/4 of a paper plate. that size/shape)
(skipped snacking due to fail of a lunch)
D: broccoli/pepper/onion/lettuce/carrot, spinach, tofu/chicken, 2 brussel sprouts (ate with friends and kept to 1 large plate, no seconds!)

Exercise: 1.5 mi run - fun but very short :(

Dess: treated myself to Frozen Yogurt!!! w/ Mark. Tasted sooo good, but could feel an insulin spike afterwards - kind of like the ones I used to have - not a great feeling. Probably a good stimulus for me to avoid eating froyo for a long while.

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba (class) - there was a substitute instructor, wasn't as intense as our usual one. Jogged home.
