B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blackberries
L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet potato
S: ginseng tea
baby carrots, 1/2 green apple
1 carrot minicupcake, with frosting :( sigh
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, broccoli/pepper/water chestnuts
Exercise: 2 mile jog (to gym, then back to miramar), leg/ab workouts at gym with Margaret - didn't sweat very much, probably need to use heavier weights
