B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S: baby carrots, 1/3 apple
L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, 1/3 mango
S: 1 baby black coffee w/ 3 spoons skim milk
baby carrots, 1/3 apple
D: broccoli/onion/pepper/carrot stirfry, 2 large ribs, cucumber
Dess: 1 bite of key lime pie...before I put down the rest and ran away. Bad girl.

Exercise: 60 min Zumba (class) - ran to gym, from gym back to Miramar
