B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S: 1 small black coffee w/ 3 spoons soy milk
L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/3 mango
S: 1 apple
D: onion/pepper/cabbage stirfry, asparagus, romaine lettuce hearts, 1 drumstick

Exercise: 50 min Zumba (videos) + blogilates


Happy Bday Taz! Bought him a Sprinkles cupcake and Hawaiian kona coffee, hope he likes it :)
