B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, 3 walnuts
L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/3 mango
S: taste test from Zion market: cup of kimchi soup w/ rice
Ginger/lemon tea (from the fancy tea set, thanks Dad)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, celery/carrots, cucumber
Dess: 1 bowl cherries (25 x 4 cal/cherry = ~100 cal)...urgh I shouldn't have eaten this.

Exercise: ~3 mi run in Balboa Park (w/ Mark and Margaret. was beautiful!!)
