L: spring greens, 1/2 mango, purple yam, 1/2 avocado
All vegan, organic lunch talk food: 1 tupperware's worth of various cold veggie dishes: broccoli, kale, apple, almonds, red beets (these were delicious), a little bit of wild long grain rice, yam, tofu curry, beancurd
So quantity-wise I think I went overboard at lunch...hence no snack and reduced dinner. Tasted wonderful though - will have to visit the restaurant sometime http://www.jimbos.com/
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftover broccoli/pepper/carrot stirfry (about 1/2 the normal amount)
Dess: 1/2 mango
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class! highlight of the week
