B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S:1 sm black coffee w/ 3 spoons soy milk
1/2 apple, baby carrots
L: spring greens, 1/4 mango, 1/2 avocado, yam
D: 1 chicken drumstick, cabbage/onion/carrot/pepper stirfry (running low on soy sauce so used some lao gan ma chili pepper spice - very good!)
tea

Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class (yay!) + 1 mi jog
