B: oatmeal, brown sugar, 1/3 apple
S: 1 baby black coffee (8 oz) w/ a little bit of dark chocolate almond milk
L: spring greens, 1/3 sweet potato, strawberries, 3 strips chicken from Mark (finger sized)
S: 1 orange
D: 1/2 lemon chicken quarter, leftover celery/carrot/pepper stirfry, cucumber
Dess: treated myself to Frozen Yogurt!!! w/ Mark. Tasted sooo good, but could feel an insulin spike afterwards - kind of like the ones I used to have - not a great feeling. Probably a good stimulus for me to avoid eating froyo for a long while.
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba (class) - there was a substitute instructor, wasn't as intense as our usual one. Jogged home.
