B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
L: spring greens, 1/4 mango, 1/2 avocado, yam, 3 strawberries
S: 1/2 apple, baby carrots
3 slices cantaloupe, leftover spicy veggie stirfry (boo on over-snacking)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, broccoli/carrot/lettuce/pepper stirfry, asparagus (ate with Mark)
Exercise: 4.6 mi run! Record distance for me. From Miramar to Rimac on a roundabout route...challenging, but looking fwd to trying that again soon.
