B: oatmeal, brown sugar, strawberries
S: small black coffee w/ 1 shot hazelnut syrup
L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, 1/3 mango, 5 almonds
S: 2 slices korean melon (like cantaloupe), 5 strawberries (had a potluck in art class, so snacked a bit heavily. didn't eat any of the cheese, crackers, cookies, or brownies! whew.)
D: 1/2 chicken quarter, broccoli/bean sprout/pepper/onion stirfry, leftover celery/carrot
Exercise: 3 mi jog (to gym, + loop around La Jolla Village Dr., back to miramar)
