L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 1 slice kabocha squash, purple yam
S: green grapes
lemon/honey/ginger tea
D: 1 pork spare rib, 2 pcs san bei chicken (dice-sized), 2 scoops corn salsa, sauteed cauliflower, bokchoy, and BEETS! (made beets for the first time myself, tasted amazing)
Exercise: ~4 mi run (was a 5 mi trail but I had to walk 1 mi), Blogilates videos (Abs on Fire, Gentleman, Drive By Inner Thighs)
