B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
L: spring greens, 1 slice japanese yam, 1/2 wedge kabocha squash, 1 nectarine, 1/2 avocado
S: 1/2 apple
D: 1 chicken drumstick, asparagus, broccoli/lettuce (w/ Mark)

Exercise: 3.6 mi run from One Miramar to the beach! Went slowly (lots of elevation changes), but at least didn't stop
