B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, raspberries
S: 3 hazelnuts, 2 pistachio nuts :( in b/t clinic
L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 wedge kabocha squash, strawberries, 1/2 avocado
S: raspberries, blueberries

D: 1 chicken drumstick, sweet and sour jicama root (mmm), broccoli/cabbage/onion stirfry

Need to start portion controlling. Dinner eating is getting out of control. Either cook less or pack it up girl.

Exercise: 60 min Zumba class, 3 mi night run (fell and broke my iPhone screen :( )
