B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 avocado,
S: 3 walnuts, 2 dried jujubes (hong zhao)
ginseng tea
1 yellow nectarine
D: 1 large bowl of vegetable and tofu pho in chicken broth! (rice noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, basil, carrots, bamboo, tofu, plum sauce) (went w/ M, T, and Jeff - it was delicious. I chose this as an alternative to my normal brisket pho in beef broth, and it was just as tasty, so I think I'll order this instead in the future! should have left some and eaten a smaller portion -  to work on next visit.)
