B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, raspberries
L: spring greens, jap sweet potato, wedge kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 nectarine
1 mango
leftovers from dinner last night (was so hungry after the hike!)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftovers kung pao green beans and jicama, new kung pao zucchini and pepper with EXTRA peanuts (I ate a lot of this :( ), bokchoy

Ate a lot today

Exercise: 6 mi hike to Potato Chip! Quite strenuous but fun
60 min yoga class (took a heated yoga class - was interesting at 98 F, but I think I'll stick to the lukewarm temperatures)
