B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, 2 walnuts
L: spring greens, jap sweet potato, wedge kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado
S: 12 oz. coffee w/ self-added milk + sugar
1 yellow peach
D: asparagus/bell pepper, spring greens, raw jicama root, eggplant/tomato, enoki mushroom, spinach, tofu/chicken (dinner w/ Margaret and Taz)
Dess: chrysanthemum jasmine tea, 1 jujube

Exercise: 3.3 mi jog (3 loops around Miramar)
