B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, 2 walnuts
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, beet, purple yam, 1/2 donut peach
S: 1 yellow peach
orange-hibiscus tea
D: 1 chicken drumstick, celery/carrot, kale/zucchini/pepper/onion stirfry (first time trying kale! not too bad, a little bitter)
Dess: 2 walnuts

Exercise: 4.4 mi run (4 loops around Miramar)
