L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, purple yam
S: peanuts :( and 2 walnuts. Tea

D: 1 chicken drumstick, cabbage/carrot/zucchini stirfry (failed to use curry paste properly - will try adding greek yogurt to next attempt!)
Dess: more tea!
Exercise: 75 min Yoga class (love), 2.2 mi run
