B: oatmeal, brown sugar, extra blueberries, 3 walnuts (I think I was stress-eating before the test..)
ginseng tea
L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, strawberries
S: 3 slices cantaloupe
3 dried jujubes (hong zhao)
chrysanthemum tea
D: 1 chicken drumstick (premarinated from Zion), green beans in soy sauce, romaine lettuce heart stirfried, cucumber

Exercise: 2 mi run + Zumba class (and the subsequent walk 2 mi back) - definitely too much for me in one day! very tired.
