L: spring greens, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, 1 nectarine
S: 2 jujubes
1 medium coffee w/ some added milk (from Goldfish Point Cafe, unsure if milk was whole or skim)
D: 1 chicken drumstick (premarinated), celery/carrot/pepper, romaine hearts (ate with Mark)
Exercise: 1.5 blogilates POP videos (Gentleman, POP Abs - 5 min each), 2 mi run (rather short, should have gone longer - 2 loops around Miramar)
