B: oatmeal, brown sugar
S: 3 cubes cantaloupe
L: spring greens, 1/2 avocado, 3 slices kabocha squash
[took a 4 hour nap! man. I don't know what I came down with, but I had major fatigue and light-headedness the entire day]
S:  barley green tea, 4 grapes
D: cabbage/mushroom/pepper stirfry, di gua (earth melon? crunchy veggie/starch), 1 homemade dumpling, 4 pcs mom's san bei chicken (so good!!)
Dess: 1 jujube (mmm) + more tea

Exercise: lots of walking around today - grocery shopping in morning, night walk w/ mom and Heidi at night, just dance for 20 min, 45 min Zumba (videos)
