B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S: grapes
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, purple yam, 1/2 white nectarine, 1/2 persimmon
S: 1 bite tiramisu :( - noooo stay away from the communal fridge!!
ginseng tea (mmmm)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, homemade panang curry!! (with tofu, bean sprouts, spinach, kale, carrots, and onion. Sauce made using curry paste, leftover oil from baking chicken, and greek yogurt)
Unfortunately, ate too much curry and felt uncomfortably full for a long time afterwards - I think it was the dairy of the greek yogurt that I wasn't used to (the fatty chicken soup base, too). Tasted pretty good though, will use less water next time to thicken it! Greek yogurt was a good substitute for coconut milk, still got the curry to precipitate.
Dess: 1 jujube, grapes

Exercise: 3.3 mi run (3 loops around miramar), 15 min yoga

DONE with the Dietbet! So relieved.
