B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blackberries
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, purple yam, 1/2 avocado
S: 1 green apple (small)
vegetarian sandwich: 1 slice wheat bread, pesto, red bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, alfafa sprouts, mustard
There was free food at our ethics seminar today. Managed to pass up on scones, muffins, and cookies, gave away my chips and oreos, but still couldn't pass up on the sandwich!! Took off 1 slice of bread and the cheese
10 raw peanuts
blackberries (6)
dang there was a lot of snacking today.
D: 1 chicken drumstick, bean sprout/carrot/pepper/onion stirfry
Dess: 1/2 mango

Exercise: 2 mi run to/from gym, Zumba class 60 min, 2 mi night walk to/from movie theater (went with Margaret to see Despicable Me 2!)
