B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blackberries
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, purple yam, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 mango
S: 1 small coffee with skim milk
D: A TON of food!!! Went to a potluck at Rishi's, was fantastic to see everyone but I went way overboard. Probably had at least 5 platefuls of:
- kung pao green beans/carrots/pepper/peanuts (I'm glad I brought this b/c there were several vegetarians there)
- DELICIOUS cold noodle salad: buckwheat soba noodles, cucumber, tofu in sesame/soy/lemon sauce (will have to ask Bennett and Frances for recipe)
- 2 mushroom turnover appetizers
- 1 meatball
- chicken breast (8 cubes?) - was part of a larger rice dish
- some pasta salad (mostly went for the veggies in it)
- 1 pretzel chew
- candied walnut/cranberry/apple/feta/lettuce salad

Dess: 2 slices watermelon
2 helpings of apple crumble (apple, oatmeal, sugar, butter)
1 slice red velvet cake

Yeah...wayyy too much, but it was a wonderful evening.

Exercise: 2 mi run to gym, Zumba class 60 min, 2 mi from gym + 2 mi night walk
