B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blackberries, shredded coconut + cinammon as toppings (sparingly)
S: 1 mango
peanuts
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, beet, 1/2 avocado
S: peanuts (I really need to wean myself off these..)
grapes
black mango tea
D: pan-fried salmon (cooked myself for first time! used red cooking wine and lemon. took a long time to get the middle part cooked, but tasted great at the end), sesame celery/tofu/carrot stirfry

Exercise: 3 mi jog to/from gym, 40 min Zumba (the gym class was cancelled w/o notice, which was disappointing, but there was a kids camp that was doing family outdoor Zumba, so with permission I danced with them! not very good workout, but the routine was very funny and cute), 75 min yoga class (was having stomach pains before class, much better afterwards.)
