B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, raspberries
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, beet, 1/2 avocado, 1 yellow peach
S: green grapes
1 small coffee with skim milk + cinammon
1/2 frozen mango (delicious! tastes like sorbet)
D: 1 chicken drumstick, broccoli/onion/carrot/kale stirfry (a lot)
Dess: peanuts, eight treasures tea

Exercise: 1.5 mi walk, 60 min Zumba class, 1.5 jog
