B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, raspberries
S: grapes
cinn/orange tea
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, beet, 1/2 avocado, lemon juice
S: 1/2 mango
more tea
D: 1 chicken drumstick, 1 cucumber, tofu/green bean/bean sprout/celery/carrot stirfry (cut down the portion to 2/3 of my usual humongous pan, still was full so it was good!)
Dess: eight treasures tea (1 jujube, 2 longyan)

Exercise: ~1.5 mi jog, 60 min Zumba class, post-dinner walk
