1.5 rolls of rice-less sushi at Shiku Sushi - very unique flavor, loved how they used cucumber to wrap the fish
Dess: frozen yogurt at Froglander's - 5 oz coconut (125 cal) with chopped almond pieces (100 cal?). it was truly delicious. at a very charming family-owned little shop that has been open for 25 years.
Exercise: 2.5 mi jog, 60 min Zumba toning class (with my favorite instructor! pity she only teaches once a week, just started now, and is gone next week :( )
