B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, raspberries
L: spring greens (only 1 handful left, so I substituted with some other veggies), 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, 1 cucumber, jicama, 1 celery stick, lemon juice
S: 1 mango
D: 1 chicken drumstick, zucchini/carrot/pepper/mushroom stirfry (sesame seeds and soy sauce). yum!
Exercise: 2.0 mi jog, 3 mi hike in Mission Trails Regional Park w/ Mark, Marg, and Kevin (very steep but great view and weather!), 75 min yoga class
