B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries, strawberries
S: small black coffee with skim milk
L: spring greens, kabocha squash (thanks mom), sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, strawberries, lemon juice
S: 1 lg yellow nectarine
D: 1 chicken drumstick, broccoli/carrot/mushroom/kale/onion stirfry (cooked a little too much again, will reduce tomorrow)
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class (really great instructor on Mondays), 1 mi jog
