LOTS of hummus and pita chips (130 cal/6 chips) :(. Went to ophtho mixer, resisted the pizza and cookies but sank for the hummus and pita....sigh. at least 300 cal.
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftover chapchae, broccoli/carrot/lettuce/onion stirfry
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba class + 1 mi jog
