S: lots of green tea
1 bite home-made zucchini bread
D: mango/pepper salad (ate a little too much - 1 mango + 3 peppers!)
tomato/garlic/zucchini/carrot stirfry (not much)
1 chicken drumstick
Exercise: 1 hour Zumba + 1 mi jog
