B: oatmeal, brown sugar, blueberries
S: 15 peanuts, green grapes
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, purple yam, 1 whole white nectarine
S: black coffee w/ skim milk
1 bite of tiramisu again :(
D: 1 chicken drumstick, leftover kale/bean sprout/carrot/yellow squash stirfry
Dess: 2 oatmeal cranberry walnut cookies
(baked with M, M, Frances, and Bennett) - small, about the size of ping pong balls
hibiscus tea

Exercise: 60 min Zumba class + 2.1 mi run (to and from gym)
