D: picnic at the beach: mint mango salad, tofu/edamame, bokchoy, 1 pork chop, lots of chapchae and mi fen (rice noodles), beancurd/cilantro
ate a LOT!!!
Dess: tea, 1 slice watermelon
Exercise: 45 min Zumba (ruined by poor internet connection, but hey, what can ya do)
