B: oatmeal, honey, dried cranberries, walnuts
L: spring greens, kabocha squash, 1/2 avocado, purple yam
S: grapes, 3 walnuts
D: cabbage/zucchini/pepper/carrot/mushroom stirfry, taiwanese bokchoy, chicken bone soup with tofu, 4 dices of san bei chicken
Exercise: 3 mi walk w/ mom and dad, 20 roundtrip laps swimming (in our small local pool) - was nice to swim vs running, 10 min yoga
