D: 1 chicken drumstick, bokchoy w/ mushroom, broccoli/pepper/bean sprout/cilantro stirfry - cooked and ate with Mark
Exercise: Cardiopump class (aerobics + strength training) 60 min - Zumba class got canceled :( + 2.5 mi jog to gym
